Last call for alumni response, sent by Matt Libby on 03/25/2004:

MIT Cross Products alums:

As mentioned in an earlier email message [ viewable at http://mlibby.net/hasBeen/email_response.php ], we alums will be singing at the 15th anniversary concert (at MIT) on May 15, 2004.

*** IMPORTANT ***
Whether or not you plan on attending or participating, please take a moment to fill out that quick questionnaire (included further below) which I sent out in the earlier email message.

To all of you who have already replied, thank you! We're going to have a whole lot of alums there, and we're going to have a lot of fun singing!

To see the list of alums who have responded so far (34 of you!), including those who will definitely be participating (18 of you!), take a look at

http://mlibby.net/hasBeen/

If you responded earlier but don't see your name there, could you please re-send your response to me, in case I missed it? Thanks.

*** IMPORTANT ***
To those alums who have responded "possibly" for whether they will be singing with us (and whom I have listed as "on the fence"), we need you come to a decision pretty soon here. We have selected the songs we will be performing (to be posted on that "Operation Has-Been" site by tomorrow, 3/26), and so
(1) we need to nail down who's going to be singing what,
(2) we need to start looking at our music, and
(3) we need to start organizing local rehearsals in the Boston and D.C. areas.

Of course, we want you to come to the concert no matter _how_ late you may have to make your decision, but the sooner you can commit to coming, the better we can plan out how to tackle these songs... believe me, it's going to be a challege, but a very fun one.

[ Random aside: Daniel, the current Cross Products pitch, had also asked whether any alums might have a testimony that they'd like to share about the group and its 15-year history. I was discussing this whole thing with my Mom, and she made the comment that one of the best testimonies we could give to what this group has meant over the years is in how we pull together as a team, even after all these years, to perform these songs of praise. Rah rah rah! ]

If you have any questions about any of this stuff, don't hesitate to contact me; that's what I'm here for.

Remember to send me your filled out questionnaire (below), if you haven't already. In addition to helping us plan the singing, it's giving us some really valuable information on group membership over the years.
